Operating within the optimal physical exertion window of 13:00 to 17:00, our program ensures you can make the most out of each session. We ensure a well-prepared and timely approach by scheduling appointments 24 hours in advance. Please note that due to our commitment to personalized service and quality control, this program can only be accessed at the branch where you apply.

The Intensive Strength Training Program is not only about building muscle and strength. It's about crafting a body that exudes confidence, strength, and beauty. Our program strategically incorporates free weights into the regimen, known for their efficacy in boosting strength and muscle mass. Compound exercises such as deadlifts and squats form the crux of our program, helping you develop a robust core, crucial for both daily activities and fitness performance. Moreover, we emphasize targeted exercises that sculpt areas like the thighs and buttocks, enhancing your overall physical appeal.

Our comprehensive and captivating teaching approach includes:

Free weight training, with tools such as dumbbells and barbells, known to significantly increase muscle mass and strength.
Mastering the pivotal compound exercises, including bench press, squats, and deadlifts.

Our sessions are divided into three distinct sections:
A. 0 - 10 minutes of dynamic stretching, serving as a warm-up to prepare your body for the session.

B. 10 - 40 minutes of intensive core workouts with four varied exercises, each executed in three power-packed sets.

C. A concluding 10-minute abs circuit to hone your core strength and stability.
