Started training and competing in Muay Thai at the age of 13.

Graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Science and Health from Thailand National Sports University, Bangkok Campus.

Began teaching Fitness Muay Thai while studying in the second year of university and gained experience at Chalermrat Muay Thai Gym, Kanom Muay Thai Gym, and MTM Muay Thai.

Completed the Muay Thai C-License Coaching Certification (Luktapfa Program).

Has more than 5 years of experience teaching Muay Thai.
