Started Muay Thai training at the age of 7, learning the fundamentals from his father. He has competed in over 221 professional Muay Thai fights and has experience fighting in both provincial stadiums and major standard boxing venues, including Rajadamnern Stadium and Lumpinee Stadium, with a highest fight purse of THB 28,000.

In terms of coaching experience, he has worked as a Muay Thai trainer at Ban Pho Sports Center, Sit Benjama Gym. He is skilled in sharing Muay Thai techniques gained from real professional fight experience.
