FITFAC Ads Tool

What it is

FITFAC Ads Tool is built and used by FITFAC Co., Ltd. (บริษัท ฟิตแฟค จำกัด), the company behind FITFAC Muay Thai's eleven gyms in Bangkok. It is not a public app: only FITFAC staff use it, and customers and visitors to this website never sign in to it.

What it does

• Reads FITFAC's advertising reports: campaigns, keywords, the searches that showed our ads, costs, clicks and conversions. This lets our team see which ads bring people to our gyms.
• Manages FITFAC's own campaigns: it creates and changes our campaigns, ad groups, keywords, ads, negative keyword lists and conversion settings, and pauses or resumes them.
• Checks and logs its changes: a change can first be sent to Google as a dry run that changes nothing, and the changes the tool makes are logged with who made them and when.

How it connects to Google

A FITFAC staff member signs in with FITFAC's own Google account through Google's sign-in screen. The tool then uses the Google Ads API on the Google Ads accounts FITFAC owns, and nothing else. It does not access any other Google account, or any other Google service such as Gmail, Drive or contacts.
